Scope of Work

The project began with the development of the SCARCI brand foundation, including brand strategy, storytelling, positioning, logo design, visual identity standards, typography, and color palette development. Every element was crafted to reflect the sophistication, heritage, and aspirational lifestyle associated with luxury Italian fashion.

 

Building upon the brand identity, Creative Swans designed and developed a fully integrated ecommerce platform focused on delivering a premium online shopping experience while maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Supporting assets included point-of-purchase packaging systems, branded product packaging, and customer facing materials designed to enhance the unboxing and ownership experience.

 

To support the launch, a comprehensive marketing campaign was developed that included digital advertising, branded email marketing, promotional collateral, and content creation initiatives. Creative Swans also conceptualized, directed, filmed, and edited a series of lifestyle focused brand videos designed to communicate the SCARCI story and connect with target audiences through compelling visual storytelling.

 

The engagement was further extended through the design of trade show booth environments and experiential marketing assets that brought the brand to life within retail and industry event settings. The result was a fully realized luxury apparel brand launched through a unified strategy spanning branding, ecommerce, packaging, advertising, video production, and experiential design.
